Flies buzzing around during our meal which was over cooked and tasteless. Just because you add a twig of cilantro doesn't make it taste any better.
The 7 beef course is amazing! A must! I attached a pic of. The beef fondue.
Too pricy but the food is ok
Food was just alright. The place itself is pretty. Inattentive service. Decent prices
Good Vietnamese pricey food.
Food ok service not great
Have been here several times. A tad pricey for Vietnamese but it's good quality food, tastes good, atmosphere is nice (doesn't feel dumpy) and the staff is always friendly. Recommended.
Nothing special. I visited better Thai restaurants. Absolutely unbelievable: They charge for an additional rice bowl 2 $.
Good calm place with cozy atmosphere...service is fast ...they speak English and French, the food is good too . I have been there 4 times already and surely gonna go again
Excellent food although a little bit pricey.
Nice restaurant with authentic Viet food, although catered to a more western clientele
Couldn't recommend it more. Beautiful restaurant serving amazing, authentic food and run by a kind Vietnamese family. A great place to expand your experience with Vietnamese cuisine - try the 7 beef specialty and the chao tom, grilled shrimp wrapped around sugarcane. Everything was super fresh, the meats were cooked perfectly and the flavour was to die for. The traditional components of the dishes e.g. fish sauce and bun (vermicelli) were spot on, while they also put their own stamp on other components. Very reasonable for the quality and level of service.
I go for the take out options.
Very lovely atmosphere and service was very good. The food was good, I had the chicken curry with peanut sauce. I did, however, find it a little pricey for what we got and the area.
Perfect at all !!
The best vietnamese food in Montreal. Try their 7 beef course with a nice bottle of wine! You can’t go wrong. It’s not your typical cheap vietnamese place.
Not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. Don't come here if you are looking for pho. Go for the 7 courses of beef, it's delicious. If you have a big appetite, you may find the portions to be small.
The only place in Montreal to get authentic 7 beef meal. Nice and clean place. Not a typical Vietnamese place, price are higher than the usual Vietnamese restaurant. Good wine selection.
I love this restaurant it is very clean and all food was delicious
OCC is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal, the Beef seven courses is a must try. Price is not cheap but you pay for quality foods and good services. Overall nice place and friendly staffs.
A very nice restaurant to try vietnamese "gastronomic" food. Sane, healthy and tasteful.
Foods were cold. Beef over-cooked, dried. Service level as bad as one can find in Montreal.
Medium quality high prices
Must try “Bò 7 món” when you’re here. Good ambience and decoration. Decent wine menu for typical Vietnamese courses. Regular customer.
My favorite place in that area.
Hygiène has a bit of issue, flies.... Environment is better than other similar Asian style restaurant, but wouldn't justify its prices. With less price, I can have similar quality elsewhere.
A bit expensive and the menu could use a few more option but what is there is good and was enjoyed by everyone around the table. The room is charming and the serving staff polite and efficient.
Pleasant and tastefully decorated place. Nothing tacky about it. Good service and delicious food. I haven't tried too many Vietnamese restaurants in Montreal but I have the feeling that this one may be among the best.
Best authentic Vietnamese food in MTL. Greatest 7 styles beef combination. Great atmosphere and good location.
Really good vietnamese food. Western and authentic. Try the do it yourself rolls!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Value-wise, it was just ok, as I think they could have been more generous with the portions for the price. I highly recommend the beef prepared in 7 different ways. You just have to try it!
The food was really good (though I preferred it to be warmer) but the waiters were very uninterested and very unfriendly.
Pad Thai was delicious!
OK good food
My favorite place for pho in Montreal.
Excellent food, good looking place very nice service... Not your ordinary pho place, this is a nice Viet restaurant that deserves to be visited
Delicious! I am still sitting at the table and I want another meal! Salmon was cooked the way it was supposed to be!
You want quality, excellent service and excellent food, you gotta go there. The service is fast and there's alot of room. There's sapporo on tap. They have a nice express lunch menu. Everything we had there was very good. There's a terasse. Very authentic tastes.
Pretty typical Vietnamese food in a swanky dining room. Good for a date or an evening out with friends, but if you're just looking for a quick meal you can get the same food cheaper down the road.
It's like a high end vietnamese place with excellent food. When my family wants to spoil themselves, we go there.
Good, tasty fare in a nice environment atypical to your usual Vietnamese resto.
We loved it here! The food was excellent! Recommend the 7 types of beef
The food is very good and tasty. Also very food portions, a great atmosphere with a friendly staff!!
Come here for the beef rolls. Don’t come here for classics like the General Tao or grilled dog. Try the stuff in the specialty section.
We were seated outside. The deck was old, rotting and the chair leg would get caught in it. Food was good quality but the bar was closed for the summer so they only offer beer on tap.
Very disappointing service and food. Would never go back
Excellent. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Definitely the Go To Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Conveniently located on Ste Catherine St. East near the Saint-Laurent subway. The food is amazing; everything is really good on their menu, although my favorites are the “cha gio” and the “bo la lop”. A clean, well decorated and pleasant dining room with a professional service approach.
Decent restaurant, the food is ok but nothing out of the ordinary. General Tsao chicken lacked batter. Good service overall
We were very disappointed - 4 of us, each ordering pho. We were provided with salt and pepper shakers, a jar of chili sauce, chopsticks and stainless steel cutlery. No tea, no pho spoons, no hoisin and no plate of herbs/sprouts/lime/fresh chili. We love our pho and have frequented many Vietnamese restaurants in different cities - never before have we been served such a flavourless and sparse meal. Clean, nicely decorated and polite staff - but that is the extent of my praise.
